Mark Nelson is Technical Training Manager with Crossroads Mobile Maintenance (CRMM). CRMM is a utility focused, full-service provider specializing in utility and construction fleet management and maintenance. CRMM, based in Michigan, has shop and field capabilities across the Midwest. Mark is responsible for the training needs of CRMM employees, technical assistance, special projects, and has safety related positions. Mark entered the company as a fabricator in 1993 with a well rounded background of excavating, equipment repair, fabrication, pesticide application, and people management. At CRMM Mark has performed various roles in fabrication, design, estimating, mechanical, electric, and hydraulic repair, management, training, technical assistance, equipment acquisition, and safety. Mark uses his experience to work with each member of CRMM to steadily grow their knowledge and capabilities. Mark works with vendors, manufacturers, and customers to provide the best possible experience in equipment operation, safety, maintenance, and repair. Mark is a member of Ferris State College Heavy Equipment Advisory Board. Mark’s passions are his family, wife, three children and their spouses, and eleven grandchildren.
