Frank A Miller
Director of Estimating
Frank A. Miller is the Director of Estimating for The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company. He is responsible coordinating the estimating workload and insuring accurate and competitive estimates. He is also responsible for the development and training of the estimating team members.
Frank has been with Hydaker-Wheatlake team since March of 1996. Frank attended and completed American Line Builder Apprenticeship Training Course (ALBAT) and has held several positions in the company that provide everyday field experience for the estimating team.
Frank is a veteran he severed in the United States Air Force from 1984-1988. After his deployment he returned to his hometown where he still resides today. Frank enjoys everything outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating, softball, and golfing with his wife.
