Roy I Pierce II
Vice President of Engineering
Roy Pierce II is the Vice President of Engineering for CVR Engineering. He is responsible for the day to day operations of CVR Engineering including resource management, project management, talent acquisition, business development, and quality management.
Roy joined the USCCo family in November 2021 as a Senior Project Manager for Hydaker Wheatlake Company, exposing him to the construction portion of the project life cycle. Prior to joining USSCo Roy held various roles with Architectural and Engineering firms specializing in Power Delivery Engineering. Roy has earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. Roy holds his Professional Engineering license in multiple states and has earned Young Engineer of the Year award in 2016 from the Michigan Society of Professional Engineer’s Jackson Chapter.
Roy is a Michigan native having spent short periods of time elsewhere in the United States, ultimately to return home to assist in the economic development of his home state. Roy is married with two daughters. Outside of work he spends his time going to horse training and shows, coaching soccer, and gymnastics events. Roy’s hobbies include hunting, weight training, and boating.
