Travis Cram is the Regional Vice President for The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company’s (HWC) Western Region. Travis’s primary focus is developing and growing a solid customer base in the upper mid-west states and continuing to attract and maintain a talented workforce for such growth. Prior to joining HWC in November of 2018, Travis spent eight years as Superintendent and the last three years as a Division Manager for a utility contractor company. He began his career in the power line construction industry in 1998 as a groundman, working up from there to IBEW Journeyman Lineman, making progressive leadership moves with various contractors. Travis lives in Knoxville, IA with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, when not attending his daughters’ many school activities, he enjoys fishing, camping and off-roading.
